Policy
RATES
All rates are quoted net per person in USD and are subject to
change according to price fluctuations.
DEPOSITS
We request a $100 deposit on all travel plans. Deposits are fully refundable.
If not satisfied by our services, simply request a full refund.
PAYMENTS
Normally, we do not purchase the tickets and accomodation for you, but simply
tell you how to do it yourself.
REFUNDS & CANCELLATION
Deposit are fully refundable.
Cancellation of a trip is not a good reason to ask for a refund. We did our
job, even if at the last minute you could not travel. The only good reason for
a refund is that you didn't like our services. We rely on our customers to
be honest.
TAX
Our rates include taxes.
LIABILITY
Ulysses Travel acts as an intermediary between our customers and other companies
(tour agents, transportation companies, airlines, hotels, tourist offices and other contractors providing services for tourists).
As such Ulysses Travel is not liable for any loss, injury or damage sustained.
Additional expenses incurred due to delays, accidents, natural disaster, political action and unrest must be borne by the customers.
Our prices are always and only estimates, and are based on the situation at the
time of planning the trip.
