Formed by guitarist Hamilton Webb, Euphoria were uniquely original even in
the context of the highly original Texas psychedelic school.
Their only album,
A Gift From Euphoria (Capitol, 1969 - Rev-ola, 2004),
offered an odd combination of orchestral pop ballads, country-rock, distorted psychedelia and sound effects.
It includes the devastating the six-minute Did You Get The Letter, Suicide On The Hillside, Sunday Morning After Tea.
