Single Cell Orchestra is a one-man project by San Francisco
electronic keyboardist Miguel Fierro.
He was 21 when Transmit Liberation (Zoe Magik, 1994)
became a club favorite. His blend of
ambient, techno and trip-hop drives
Dead Vent 7 (Reflective, 1995), an ambitious concept album.
Single Cell Orchestra (Asphodel, 1996) is a more subdued and
impersonal affair that sets cosmic music and new age music to a techno beat.
