Patrick Carpenter and "Strictly Kev" are the only DJ Food survivors on
Refried Food (Ninja Tune, 1996), that collects remix singles.

further extend the intuitions of
A Recipe For Disaster (Ninja Tune, 1995).
Break and Nocturne are the hip hop equivalent of classical music.

The album is more closely related to movie soundtracks than to dancefloors.
Recorded during the same sessions, the EP Quadraplex (Ninja Tune, 2000),
a four-movement suite, is far more experimental, using glass as the main
instrument and minimalism as the main technique.
Solid Street Presents: Now Listen (Ninja Tune, 2001) is a remix
of DJ Food's and Darren Knot's favorite music, for what it's worth.
