Noize Creator is the project of Dresden's disc-jockey Stefan Senf, who
started recording in 1994 but found his mission in 1997 with a series
of harsh, visceral cut-up breakbeat decostructions that sound
like Nine Inch Nail playing drum'n'bass,
or duets between Neu and Chrome, or Foetus dancing with Alec Empire.
The ferocity of his work escalated through the EPs
Rotten Shit (Brutal Chud),
Out Of Order Vol.1 (Brutal Chud),
Out Of Order Vol.2 (Brutal Chud),
Kingz of Noize (SixSixtySix),
Made In Korea (Suburban Trash),
Broken Bar (Ambush),
Chaos & Disorder (Dyslexic Response),
The Lift Races With 156 Miles Per Hour (Formosan),
etc.
The mission reached a temporary peak with the seven-track album
Deferred Media (Ambush, 2002), a barrage of syncopated beats set against
wildly disconnected soundscapes. The philosophy underlying the
hyperkinetic Broken Bar, the android/industrial ballet of
Hate Cops, the devastating wall of noise of
Per Thousand, the terrifying bombing of Deferred Media, the
grotesque symphonic grandeur of NBK is one of sheer violence and
loss of psychic control.
Each track is detonated by a rational form of manic sabotage.
