The Numbers, a trio from San Francisco formed by vocalist and drummer Indra Dunis and Xerobot's guitarist Dave Broekema and keyboardist Eric Landmark, debuted with the neurotic robotic dance-punk
of Life (Tigerbeat 6, 2001). After
the remix album Death (Tigerbeat 6, 2002), they continued in the same
vein with the stronger In My Mind All The Time (Tigerbeat 6, 2004).
They moved towards a more professional and mainstream sound with
We're Animals (Kill Rock Stars, 2005) and
Now You Are This (Kill Rock Stars, 2007).
