There are several pages on this website that are only in Italian, and help is welcome to translate them into English for a broader audience.

If you are a professional translator, stop reading: I can't afford to pay your rates.

If you are a volunteer who would like to translate a specific page to promote a musician or director, of course your contribution is very welcome.

If you are studying translation and would like to establish yourself as a translator on the web, the same applies. Pick a page and translate it. You will be credited with the translation and you can use it as a reference in the future.

You can send me the translation in whatever format you prefer (even plain text) and I will reformat it (If you have Winword, use Winword to make sure we don't have incompatible formats). You can choose the page you prefer to translate (also pages on music of the 1980s pages on music of the 1990s, etc). I will credit you with the translation and, if you so desire, I will include your email address (you're basically getting free advertising).

Send your translations to this email address, specifying in the subject "volunteer for translation".

This website has over 5.000 pages (over 2.000 on music, over 1.000 on cinema, over 500 on literature, art, etc).

Se sei un volontario che vorrebbe tradurre (dall'Inglese all'Italiano) una pagina specifica perche' ami un certo musicista o registra, naturalmente il tuo contributo e` benvenuto.

Se stai studianto linguistica o traduzione e vuoi formarti credenziali come traduttore su Internet, vale lo stesso discorso. Prendi una pagina a piacimento e traducila. La traduzione sara` firmata con il tuo nome e potrai usarla come referenza (puoi anche pubblicare il tuo indirizzo di email).

Tutto cio` che devi fare e` mandarmi la traduzione che hai scelto, mettendo come subject dell'email "volunteer for translation".

• Scegli tu cosa vuoi tradurre. Ma evita testi brevi: molto probabilmente non sono finiti (la tua traduzione rimarrebbe visibile soltanto pochi giorni).
• Mi puoi mandare la traduzione in qualsiasi formato (anche semplice testo). Se sei pratico di Winword, va benissimo un file Winword. Ovviamente l'ideale e` che mi mandi un testo gia` formattato HTML, ma non mi aspetto tanto. Ripristino io il formattamento HTML.
• Firmero` la traduzione con il tuo nome e, se lo desideri, includero` il tuo indirizzo di email
