Ill Considered was originally a British free-jazz quartet with
Idris Rahman on saxophone,
Leon Brichard on bass,
Emre Ramazanoglu on drums
and Yahael Camara-Onono on percussion.
Not counting the live albums, they released:
Ill Considered (2017), completely improvised in a two-hour studio session,
Ill Considered 3 (2018), with Satin Singh replacing Yahael Camara-Onono,
5 (2018), a collection of more structured pieces,
6 (2018),
8 (2019), which offers a wider stylistic excursus (notably the jump blues Liquid Science and the oneiric noir-bop Take your Love back Home),
10 - The Stroke (2021), an improvised movie soundtrack with newcomer Liran Donin on bass,
and Liminal Space (2021), being pared down to a trio after losing
Ramazanoglu, which boasts lively Latin-tinged jams (The Lurch).
Precipice (New Soil, 2024) introduced a new bassist, Liran Doni.
