  • Monsoon season in Singapore: December to early March

  • October is the worst month for pollution coming from Indonesia
  • January, february and sometimes december are the driest months in nearby Cambodia and Thailand. The weather in Malaysia is nice throughout the year.
  • From Singapore to Malaysia there are three main kinds of buses. Queen St near the cathedral: buses to Johor station in Malaysia, from where there is ample selection of buses. Lavender bus station (west of Lavender MRT): buses to Melaka. Golden Mike bus station (east of Lavender MRT): buses to Kuala Lumpur.
