The Fix were a Michigan punk band that lived only two years (1981 and 1982)
debuted with the single Vengeance (1981) and never released an album.
The four-song EP Jan's Room (1981) was their most mature statement.
At The Speed of Twisted Thought (Touch & Go, 2006) collects all the
material that they recorded.
After splitting with guitarist Craig Calvert, the Fix's
vocalist Steve Miller and bassist Mike Achtenberg formed
Blight with Tesco Vee of the Meatmen.
