Jon Callne writes:
Code of Honor was a San Francisco-based band
in the early 1980's.
Their sound was a forceful thick ripping sound with piercing guitar
rifs. They may have only come out with one album but they were great.
Mike writes:
Code of Honor put out an album called Beware The Savage Jaw (subterranean, 1984).
They also, I believe, put out one or more 7" previous to the record, also on
subterranean.
Members of the bands Society Dog, a great band, and Sick Pleasure went on to
form Code of Honor.
IMO the earlier stuff is a little better. The album, while not bad, is not as
cool as the earlier stuff.
