San Francisco's
Asunder, featuring Weakling's guitarist John Gossard,
added a cello to the recipe of super-slow doom-metal and stretch the idea
to impossible lengths in the
three heartless monoliths of A Clarion Call (Life Is Abuse, 2004)
and in the 50-minute Rite Of Finality, off Works Will Come Undone (Profound Love, 2006).
John Gossard also played on Breath Of Life (Yarnlazer, 2007), credited to Dark Yoga.
