Kansas-based Living Things, formed by three
brothers and fronted by Lillian Berlin,
played mildly mannered agit-prop garage-rock (a friendlier version of
MC5)
on Black Skies In Broad Daylight (Dreamworks, 2004) and
Ahead Of The Lions (Jive, 2005), while
Habeas Corpus (Jive, 2009) experimented with dance-punk and
synthesizers.
