He was also active in Motor Ghost, a duo with Directing Hand's drummer Alex Neilsen.
He also formed the Trembling Bells with Alex Neilson, Lavinia Blackwall and Simon Shaw. They debuted with Carbeth (Honest Jons, 2009).
