Los Angeles's rapper and pop singer Doja Cat (real name Amala Dlamini)
debuted with the EP Purrr (2014), containing her first single So High (2012).
She rose to prominence in the late 2010s with funny and childish pop-rap hits.
Amala (2018) contains her hit Mooo!, a cartoonish song produced by Yeti "David Sprecher" Beats that turned her into an Internet celebrity,
Hot Pink (2019) contains Say So (produced by Lukasz "Tyson Trax" Gottwald aka Dr Luke),
and Planet Her (2021) contains Roget Chahayed's Kiss Me More
(a dance-pop ditty reminiscent of Olivia Newton-John's Let's Go Physical).
