British producer and songwriter
Sampha Sisay, the child of Sierra Leonean immigrants,
the James Blake-ian
background falsetto vocal in Solange's Don't Touch My Hair, Kanye West's Saint Pablo, Frank Ocean's Alabama and Drake's Too Much,
debuted with the EPs Sundanza (2010) and Dual (2013).
His first album, Process (Young Turks, 2017), revealed an introverted
songwriter with an acute sense of rhythm (Kora Sings, Blood on me).
